🛍️ Product Purchases (Craft Kits, Supplies, Merchandise)

- Returns Accepted: Within 14 days of delivery

- Conditions: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase

- Refund Method: Original payment method

- Non-Refundable Items: Final sale items, digital downloads, and opened kits

🎨 Events & Classes

- Cancellations by Customer:

- Full refund if canceled 7+ days before the event

- 50% refund if canceled 3–6 days before

- No refund if canceled within 48 hours of the event

- Cancellations by Us:

- Full refund or credit toward a future class

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. If you experience technical issues accessing your content, please contact us and we’ll help resolve it.

If a user is removed from an event or platform due to violation of our Terms of Use, refunds will not be issued.
